I needed three jobs doing to my semi-detached in Warndon Villages, a complete sand-down and re-paint of all exterior woodwork (doors, soffits, fascias, bargeboards), the lifting up and re-laying on concrete of a large patio, and the removal of an existing wooden fence and replacement by a new one with concrete posts.
Jim was the only tradesman who was prepared to do all three jobs. His quote was very competitive. We fixed up three dates for the jobs. Jim turned up exactly as promised on the days we agreed. He always kept me informed in advance of his arrivals. He worked incredibly hard on each task, practically non-stop from morning until evening.
I am thoroughly, 100% delighted with the results. Jim’s work is solid, accurate and completed to a high standard. The final prices were what he quoted me in every case. He was also a very pleasant person to deal with and my family felt entirely at ease having him working around our house.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jim and am happy to be contacted in person to confirm this. The Travis Perkins (builders merchants) driver said to me that he’d dealt with Jim many times and knew him to be one of the best in the business. I totally agree.

I contacted Jim when I moved into my new apartment, im a complete diy idiot and so gave him a list as long as my arm of things that needed to be done, everything from building flat pack furniture, hanging mirrors, putting up shelves, hanging canvases, bathroom units, toilet roll holders, curtain poles up and blinds fitted and much much more. There was nothing he couldn’t do, nothing was too much trouble and his attention to detail and high standard of work blew me away. On time every time and stayed extra when needed, he was a pleasure to have in my home and i will be getting him back to do all the things i cant do myself! We invited Jim to quote for the redecoration of our Kitchen and Conservatory, the latter of which had suffered water leaks, and needed a sealer prior to decoration. He advised us on the method for treating the damp stains and how to obliterate them.
His quotation was prompt and competitive, and he gave us a start date, which he honoured, a rarity these days. James carried out the work in a professional manner, always ensuring that we were inconvenienced as little as possible, and was extremely courteous throughout.
We were able to leave him in the property if we needed to go out, and had complete trust in him. Anyone who may be considering employing him would not be let down.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent work you did at my house in Barbourne. You went about your task with a professionalism that I thought was lost and the results are outstanding, it made me realise how much the outside of the house needed decorating.
